Privacy

Features that use your child's data across sessions are switched off until you, the parent, turn them on. You can change these choices at any time from your dashboard, and every change is recorded.

• Parent account details you provide (name, email).
• A profile for each child (a username and an age range — no email required).
• The messages exchanged with Archie during a learning session.
• Learning signals Archie observes (topics explored, strengths, and things to practise).

Before a child's message is sent to the AI model, Archie automatically screens it for personal information — things like emails, phone numbers, and addresses — and removes them. The original, unredacted text is not stored.

• Remembering progress — whether Archie builds a learning profile across sessions, or starts fresh each time.
• Keeping conversations — whether transcripts are kept for you to review, or removed on a short cycle.
• Badges & milestones — whether your child sees gamified elements.

Regardless of the choices above, Archie always screens conversations for safety concerns and makes them visible to you. Keeping children safe is not something we ask permission to do.

We use trusted service providers to run Archie: an AI model provider (Anthropic), our database and authentication (Supabase), search embeddings (Voyage AI), transactional email (Resend), and voice transcription where used (OpenAI). They process data on our behalf to provide the service.

We do not sell your data or your child's data, and we do not use it for advertising.

You can view, correct, or request deletion of your child's information from your dashboard or by contacting us. If you close an account, we remove the associated data.
